Founder Story

Bridge Care Connections was founded from lived experience navigating diagnostic delays, fragmented care, and barriers that too often impact underserved communities. After years of unresolved health concerns and difficulty accessing coordinated, patient-centered care, I recognized how challenging healthcare systems can be—especially for those already facing disparities. As a Black woman, public health professional, and community advocate, my experiences helped shape a mission focused on improving healthcare navigation, connecting individuals to culturally responsive resources, and supporting more equitable access to care. Bridge Care Connections was created from the belief that everyone deserves to be heard, informed, and supported in their healthcare journey.
